Sponsor Procedures Summary

In this course, you learned how to use the USAccess Sponsor application to create a new Applicant Record, to Sponsor Applicants, and to update and manage Applicant Records.

Sponsor sessions always begin with logging on to the system and performing an applicant search. When you save a new Applicant Record, an e-mail is automatically sent to the Applicant with instructions for scheduling an enrollment appointment with the Registrar.

The e-mail includes a link to the scheduling portal, instructions for scheduling the appointment, and an explanation of the identity documents required for enrollment.
