System Overview

Logging In to the Assured Identity Sponsor Web Portal

You may log in to the Assured Identity Sponsor Web Portal using your USAccess Credential (preferred method) or your User Name and Password.

To log in using your USAccess Credential:

1. Insert your Credential into a card reader attached to your computer.

2. Enter this URL in your Internet browser: https://gsa.identitymsp.com/AssuredIdentityPortal

3. In the Choose a digital certificate dialog box, choose your name from the digital certificate list and select the OK button.

   NOTE: If you select the Cancel button, you will be directed to the Please Log In window to enter your User Name and Password.

4. In the ActivClient Login window, enter your PIN and select the OK button.

   NOTE: If you select the Cancel button, you will have to start over beginning with Step 2.

To log in using your User Name and Password:

1. Enter this URL in your Internet browser: https://gsa.identitymsp.com/AssuredIdentityPortal

2. Select the Cancel button in the Choose a digital certificate dialog box.
3. In the Please Log In window, enter your User Name and Password.

4. Select the Login button.

   NOTE: If you forget your Password or it has expired, you may select the Reset Password link to choose a new Password.
